Value, self-worth, self-esteem,  all very vague and abstract concepts. Right? This one is too conceited that one does not understand her value. The movie “Guess Who”  we see a woman with a very healthy sense of self-worth as she sits among her family and the man whom she wishes to spend her life with must make amends for his lack of honesty and other miscellaneous offenses.

Are we Worth It

Often as women, we wonder are we worth it? Are we important enough to the man we love for him to cross half the world and tell us so without assurance we will even head him?  Or are we worth it enough for him to cross into hostel territories as Ashten  Kutcher did in Guess Who and profess his mistakes and his love for the girl.

What Things Affects Our Value

There is a myriad of things that affect our personal self-worth. the things people say about us. The things that have happened to us even affect our self-worth.

Can We Change Our Belief of Self Worth

Yes, we can choose to change our view of our value. Choosing to act as though we believe we have Value or self-worth is one way. But first, we need to come to the belief we have value. However, it is no doubt going to be hard. there will be things to constantly cause us to question our self-worth.
