Thanksgiving Dinner is barley over and the stores open for a mad rush of customers wanting the newest, latest and the hottest items for the coming Christmas. I get the draw. I do, really. Often I am among the crowds looking to get items for unbeatable prices. It is great to save money on everyday items or even a Christmas gift or two. The holidays can become very expensive anyway so to cut coasts is great for me. I love the article by
Family Vs The Rush
I get the draw. I do, really. often I am among the crowds looking to get items for unbeatable prices. It is great to save money on everyday items or even a Christmas gift or two. The holidays can become very expensive so anyway to cut coasts is great for me. I love the article by Modern simplicity on this subject. However when did saving money on the upcoming holidays trump spending time with family.
Family or Save
So we can all can agree it is necessary to save money where we can? Most say if we did not shop when the stores open it would make a statement and the stores would not open on those hours, true, but it would have to be enough to make an impact. Also we would have to be willing to pay more in the long run for the items we could have saved on. In other words it’s a catch twenty-two. I believe we could have both our Family’s and save our money, if we simply let the stores know by writing a letter.
Honesty is the best policy
Lets tell corporate managers we love their sales on Thanksgiving but put them back on Friday the day after Thanksgiving. Lets tell them we want to have dinner with our families and friends; and we will tell them how we will get up in the middle of the night to come to their store because they did not open up on Thursday.
