It is a new year and we all want a better year then then the last. Better health, better relationships, lets face it we just want to improve anything we can right. I mean who wants to keep in the same rut they currently are in? Think of it as readjusting. Getting back on track.
Questions to ask yourself to Reflect
Reflect and ask your self these questions. it will do you no good if you are not willing to give your self the truth regardless of weather or not you want to tell another soul the same answer. Is your life what you want? Are you associating with people who will bring out your best in you ? Are the situation you find your self in acceptable. Do you want to continue?
How to Change
Reflect be honest what will mean the most to you. what change will affect you in the greatest way possible. Remember to others it may mean nothing. Keep in mind nobody likes change. so you are liable to have a lot of friction or difficulty from others. This is for you and you thought this over it is ok.
A counselor is not always necessary but might be helpful in helping you identify things you want to change and maintain the you, that you want to be. The you, you are becoming is the you that you were meant to be day you were born. It is not easy and it takes time to get used to big changes. Think of this idea of change as a way of showing yourself respect.
