I want to pick apart the verse 1peter 5:7 Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. Now I know there are multiple verses with this theme. It is easy to think God is got so much more issues and the bigger problem then or little ones here on earth but I submit to you does he does not think he knows that when he had his author write the verse? I mean if he sees the beginning and the end and all the possibilities in between then would you not agree he know what our problems were going to be and he was still willing to take them on.

Like a Parent

I liken it to the idea of a parent and a child. We have a way bigger problem to take care of but do we want our kids to suffer and bear their own problems and not discuss them with us, no we want them to come to us. Even in the mists of our life-altering problems. Right? Yet we are so quick to keep our problem to ourselves. Believing the mastermind of fear and darkness.   Giving in to the belief that we are not worth Gods time

God Cares about us

73 times he said in some way or another that he cares for you. Jeremiah 29:11 ESV For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. Probably one of my favorite verses. If God did not want us to come to him with our cares then why would Jeremiah 29:11 be in the bible. I don’t believe God makes idle conversation. Sometimes I feel like he is a bit like a salesman knowing what you need before you actually grasp it yourself. God isn’t selling anything he is promising you something. You just need to be willing to take it.  ����

Point 

The point to all this is. we can take it to the Lord in pray. And yes if you are and angry, in fear, happy, sad, worried and all the rest. God is a God of relationships. this means he cares. he listens. So take it to the Lord in pray.
