Recently I was really taken back when an acquaintance accused me of being judgmental towards them. And yet Nothing that was said or done was ever done with a judgmental mindset or intent.
There were many negative thoughts and feelings aroused in that moment. For those who read this article who are not Christians I want to remind you. Christians are humans and do fail. However, it is by the Grace of God we are able sometimes to do the right thing when misunderstandings happen.

The Right Thing

Realize this is not a fight you need to engage in. Remember this is kind of like “the shot heard around the world”. Understand there are forces at work that are not seen by the human eye. I know to some this may sound far-fetched or even a bit sci-fi, but just believe, this is not your fight.

Ephesians 6:12
For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

What to do

Pray! That’s it just pray. Let these moments bring you back to God. Sometimes praying for help to have the right attitude is not a bad thing. I know I often have to ask for God to help me have a better attitude. Often after the new attitude God gives you, you are able to see how much prayer is needed for the situation. In doing that, I often find someone may be dealing with something that is often more then they think they can handle.

Just A Note

We are human and having a heart like God takes work on our part. We as Christians need to constantly be observant. Watch for moments when we can allow God to shine in our actions. It is imperative to speak to God often and also listen to him.
